Costa degli Etruschi Epic, ready the exciting routes

We reveal a preview of the routes we have set up for the 25th edition of the Costa degli Etruschi Epic, lots of fun guaranteed for exhilarating challenges in a true MTB paradise

The trails for this edition of the Costa degli Etruschi Epic will be truly spectacular and fun. They have not been overturned, given the great appreciation found in 2023, but small changes have been made o to improve them further. The first tests of the routes made by many athletes are enthusiastic and we are sure that on Sunday, May 12, they will really please everyone.

Marina di Bibbona is ready to welcome the 25th edition of the Costa degli Etruschi Epic, which reserves some novelties. New will be the logistics of departure and arrival, which will be moved by a few hundred meters, which will allow for even larger and more usable spaces for competitors and spectators.

The routes have been further improved. The UCI International Marathon will be 73 km for an elevation gain of just over 2,000 meters. The changes are in the centarle part of the route, route 14, which was run after the Poggio al Pruno gpm, just back into the Magona scrub, has been removed, in its place 3 single tracks have been added, 2 of which are brand new, named Botro al Ciliegio and route No. 19, route No. 13 which is in between these two and can also be called new because the race was only transited there once, when we were still starting from Cecina.

The Classic route, after Poggio al Pruno, is completely new, doing exactly the same route as the Marathon, with the three new trails mentioned earlier, to Casetta di Campo di Sasso, where it splits and returns to Marina di Bibbona. It will be 56 km for 1,300 meters of elevation gain.

Until May 9, the registration fee is € 45, while on Saturday, May 11 on site it will be € 50.

Important promotion for subscribers to the Umbria Marathon, Umbria Tuscany and MTB Tour Toscana circuits, who can register at the subsidized fee of € 35, no later than May 5, through special forms.

The race also in 2024 will be part of the Rampitek and Tuscany Cup circuits and for the first time will also be a stage of the Deltos.
